Conversation with Daniel Rosen and Oliver Melton (Rhodium)

On October 1, from 14:00 to 15:30 CEST, MERICS will host a conversation with Daniel Rosen and Oliver Melton, leading China experts from our partner Rhodium Group.

Daniel Rosen is a founding partner at Rhodium Group, an independent research and advisory firm, and one of the leading US experts on China and its economy. Oliver Melton joined Rhodium this summer as a director following five years as the US Treasury’s financial attaché in Beijing. Dan and Oliver will offer their thoughts about the state of the Chinese economy, US-China relations and transatlantic cooperation on China against the backdrop of a possible meeting next month between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping.
