MERICS Members Briefing: The Trump-Xi Summit

MERICS will host a Members Briefing on Monday, September 28 from 14:00-14:45 CEST, in the aftermath of Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to the US to meet President Donald Trump at the White House on September 24.

MERICS Executive Director Mikko Huotari and MERICS Head of Science, Technology and Innovation Policy program (co-lead) Antonia Hmaidi will be joined by Rush Doshi, Senior Fellow for China and Indo-Pacific Studies and Director of the Initiative on China Strategy at the Council on Foreign Relations, to examine the outcomes of the meeting and give their analysis on what this will mean for the future of US-China relations, and how this relates to Europe.
